REFUND POLICY

1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY

Stock Street Academy offers educational and training services delivered digitally and/or through live online sessions. Due to the nature of our services, all purchases are generally non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise under this Refund Policy.

By enrolling in any course or program offered by Stock Street Academy, you acknowledge and agree to the refund terms outlined below.


2. ONLINE COURSES & LIVE CLASSES

No-Refund Policy

Stock Street Academy follows a strict No Refund Policy once a course has commenced. This applies regardless of:

  • Number of classes attended

  • Partial completion of the course

  • Change of personal circumstances

  • Lack of usage of course materials

Users are advised to review course details carefully before making a payment.


3. REFUNDS BEFORE COURSE COMMENCEMENT

If you choose to discontinue before the official start date of the batch you enrolled in:

  • The booking or registration amount is non-refundable

  • If the full course fee has been paid, only 50% of the total course fee will be refunded

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Refunds will be initiated within 60 days of receiving your request

  • Amount will be credited within 90 days after receiving complete bank details from you


4. DISCONTINUATION AFTER COURSE COMMENCEMENT

If you discontinue after the first class has commenced, no refund will be issued, irrespective of:

  • Number of sessions attended

  • Course progress

  • Technical or personal issues


5. COURSE CANCELLATION BY STOCK STEET ACADEMY

If Stock Street Academy decides to cancel or discontinue a batch or course:

  • A pro-rata refund will be issued for classes not conducted

  • Refund amount will be calculated based on the original course structure

  • Refund will not depend on the number of classes attended by the student

Processing Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 working days

  • Amount will be credited within 45 working days after receiving bank details


6. SYSTEM & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all technical requirements (including device compatibility, software, and internet connectivity) before enrolling in a course.

Stock Street Academy will not issue refunds for:

  • Incompatible devices or software

  • Internet connectivity issues

  • Technical limitations on the user’s side


7. PAYMENT DEFAULTS & ACCESS RESTRICTION

Stock Street Academy reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to courses if:

  • Payments are incomplete or overdue

  • Incorrect or misleading information is provided

  • There is a breach of Terms of Service

In such cases, no refund shall be applicable.


8. NON-REFUNDABLE CREDITS

  • Credits earned through referrals, promotions, or gifts are non-refundable

  • Such credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred


9. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

All refund requests must be submitted via email with valid enrollment details.

10. FINAL DECISION

All refund decisions made by 

Stock Street Academy shall be final and binding.
Stock Street Academy reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
